Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers.
Tickets are non-refundable except in one circumstance: the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, our staff will process a full refund through Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Partial refunds, exchanges, or credits are not available for postponed or rescheduled events.
Digital products (tracks, sample packs, VST presets) are non-refundable after download. Once you have accessed the file, the sale is final.
Physical merchandise returns are handled on a case-by-case basis by the individual seller. Contact the seller through the product page if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
For cancelled events, refunds are initiated automatically by our admin team. Processing time depends on your payment method (typically 5-10 business days). Contact us through the information on our Contact page for assistance.
