You may register as a Listener, Artist, or Label. Labels act on behalf of the artists in their roster and are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to the music they upload or sell.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of music you upload. By uploading, you grant Alien Agency a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights to the content you upload. Alien Agency complies with the DMCA. To report infringement, contact us at the address in our Contact page.
Selling tickets or marketplace products requires a verified seller account. Verification involves uploading legal identification documents, which are reviewed by our admin team. Sellers who have not completed verification may only share external links.
All ticket tiers and marketplace products are subject to admin approval before they appear on the platform.
Alien Agency applies a 10% service fee on top of the base ticket price. Marketplace products carry a 5% platform fee. Fees are displayed transparently at checkout.
You agree not to upload illegal content, harass other users, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for the content of events listed on the platform.
